Holly J. Waxman solves design dilemmas. She works primarily with home|condo owners in Chicago, the North shore and surrounding suburbs (and of course wherever a client is willing to fly her) on projects of all sizes. From a simple color consultation to planning a new construction dream house, Holly is dedicated to creating personal, comfortable, functional and safe spaces.

The designer in her was apparent from a very young age. If she wasn’t rearranging her bedroom furniture again, she was decorating her dollhouse. It was only natural that Holly cultivated her innate talents by attending Harrington College of Design and earning a bachelor degree in Interior Design, following a bachelor degree from the University of Iowa in Business Administration and Communication Studies. After years in both the worlds of high-end residential design and design/build construction, Holly felt it was time to make a real impact in the lives of her valued clients by creating her own company.

Holly is driven by a love for personalized design and committed to the belief that interior design, as a service to people (and pets!), is a powerful, multi-faceted profession that can positively change lives. Just as no two snowflakes are the same, no two spaces designed by Holly are the same. Each and every client is unique and their projects are tailored specifically to their own needs, desires, budgets and time frames. In addition to Holly’s in-depth knowledge of products, materials and finishes, she has the training and expertise to plan, schedule, execute and manage your project from start to finish. Holly believes that the design process is a collaboration between herself, her client and her incredible tradespeople & vendors. Nothing is more important to her than total client satisfaction, which she believes is achieved through open communication throughout the entire project.
